Tribe Tel Aviv Events Continue to Build Community

Wednesday night I had the joy of hosting two back-to-back Tribe Tel Aviv events in the same venue, each with a different purpose. I kicked things off with Tribe Tel Aviv’s Sunset Series program at 7 p.m., which brought the international community together for an inspiring evening with Judah Taub, managing partner at Hetz Venture and author of How to Move Up When the Only Way is Down.

Judah spoke about the importance of agility, encouraging each of us to become knowledgeable in a variety of fields and develop diverse skills. His message centered on adaptability, growth, and staying prepared in an ever-changing world.

Just an hour later, in the same venue where I host many events, I shifted gears and helped run Dani Bergman’s Stoplight Party. Bergman is known for organizing Jewish singles events in Miami, Los Angeles, and New York City. I’ve been helping bring her vision to Tel Aviv, and this event was a hit—filled with great energy, new friendships, and promising connections between native-born Israelis and internationals who have chosen to make Israel their home.

While I usually focus on intellectual salons and educational programming, I enjoy bringing those same event-hosting skills into a social setting every now and then. One of the things I love most about Tribe Tel Aviv events is their ability to create meaningful connections across different communities and interests.

Looking ahead, I’ll be speaking on a panel for Content Israel about personal branding. It’s a topic I care deeply about, and I’m excited to share insights from my journey in journalism, media, and community building.

On a personal note, I am still living in a hotel after my apartment was destroyed by an Iranian missile on June 16, 2025. I now have only ten days remaining before my hotel stay ends. Despite searching daily, I have not yet found an apartment that meets both my personal and professional needs.

I’ll continue to keep you updated when I have good news to share.

With deep gratitude,

Shanna Fuld
