Family Time While Living Abroad: Why I’m Taking a Short Break

Family Time While Living Abroad is something I deeply value, especially because opportunities to be with my sisters are rare. This upcoming week, I’ll be away from my desk spending much-needed quality time with my family. My sisters are twins, and while I live in Israel, they are based in the United States. In fact, it has been nearly nine months since I last saw one of them, who now lives in Utah. Investing in family became a personal priority after realizing how many important moments I had missed while living overseas. I’m grateful for the chance to reconnect and enjoy some much-needed sister time.

The Importance of Family Time While Living Abroad

Living overseas comes with incredible opportunities, but it also requires sacrifices. One of the biggest challenges is maintaining close relationships with family members who live far away. That's why Family Time While Living Abroad is so important to me. These moments allow me to reconnect, recharge, and strengthen the relationships that matter most.

While I’m away, I’ve prepared in advance to keep the news flowing. I pre-recorded two interviews for the Israel Daily News Podcast, so you’ll still receive new episodes this week. Maintaining consistency and delivering strong coverage remains a priority, and our website and social media channels will continue to be updated throughout the week with the help of our team.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me. I look forward to returning refreshed and ready to continue bringing you stories from Israel and beyond.
